The Fall Tour of the Highlands Road Rally is a friendly and fun rally challenging teams (a driver and a navigator) to maneuver a street-legal vehicle through a prescribed route through some of the most beautiful scenery in the New Jersey Highlands. No special timing equipment needed. This event is open to the general public and requires only a car or light truck/van with a working odometer, pen/pencil and a clipboard to compete. Children age 9 or under can ride in the vehicle during the event. Registration and “Rally 101” at 10:00 a.m. Start: Donaldson Farms; Hackettstown End: Czig Meister Brewing, Hackettstown.
