DASACC to host a “Take Back the Night” event at Centenary University

Wednesday, April 25, 2018 -
7:00pm to 9:00pm

The Domestic Abuse & Sexual Assault Crisis Center of Warren County (DASACC) is hosting a Take Back the Night event at Centenary University. This event will feature live music, light refreshments, and a march around campus. Take Back the Night started in the '70s as a way to protest sexual violence. These events, now held around the world, give communities the chance to stand and walk with survivors. People of all genders and backgrounds unite together for one night to end sexual violence in Warren County. Event host, and Sexual Assault Counselor, Olivia Hunter is very excited about the event.

Additional information can be found at DASACC’s website: www.dasacc.org. This event is free and open to the public!

The Domestic Abuse & Sexual Assault Crisis Center of Warren County was founded in 1980 to provide services to those who identify themselves as victims of domestic violence and/or sexual assault. DASACC’s mission is to help, serve, and advocate for those impacted by interpersonal violence, to be proactive regarding its prevention, and to create positive change.
