Students from Warren Co. Technical School's Cosmetology Department will be provide mini manicures, hand/arm massages, nail art, hair braiding, and hair iron curling or straightening free of charge at the Warren County Library Headquarters. Services will be provided on a first come, first serve basis. Registration is required.
