Shippen Manor Lawn Concert - Zaire

Sunday, July 7, 2019 -
6:00pm to 8:00pm

Zaire was founded in 1981 by three high school friends (Mike DiCenso, Jim Leahey and Matt Pisani). They started as a 3-piece acoustic trio, playing classic rock with an emphasis on strong 3-part harmonies. They played local bars, restaurants and festivals all around the central New Jersey area until everyone went their separate ways. After getting back together again in 2007, they’ve enjoyed playing at new venues in New Jersey as well as the Lehigh Valley, PA area to receptive audiences that appreciate the music and harmonies we still capture. So sit back and listen to classic rock favorites from The Eagles, Tom Petty, Crosby, Stills & Nash, Radiohead, Stevie Ray Vaughn and more.

Bring lawn chairs or a blanket, pack a picnic if you like, and relax and enjoy a variety of live musical performances - FREE- Sunday evenings all summer long on the lawn of Shippen Manor. Rain or Shine.

Shippen Manor is located just west of Route 31 in Oxford. This free concert is presented by the Warren County Cultural and Heritage Affairs Division of Land Preservation, supported by the Warren County Board of Chosen Freeholders, and is funded in part by the New Jersey State Council on the Arts/Department of State, a Partner Agency of the National Endowment for the Arts. Concerts at Shippen Manor are open to all, with limited reserved accessible parking and lavatories available.
