Warren County ARTS formed in 1992 as a non-profit corporation. Its mission, since its inception, is to promote the advancement of fine arts in the Warren County community and the surrounding region. This inclusive art group is comprised of both non-professional and professional artists, and includes all mediums of painting, photographers, writers, sculptors, musicians, etc.
