Calling all Veteran Warriors! The Farm In Harmony and M-Power Yoga team up to offer this program. Do you find your gears spinning all day? This will help you slow it down, reset and recharge through the power of relaxed breathing controlled moment. Free for veterans & their significant others; Non-veterans are welcome for a $10 donation to veteran causes. Please RSVP as space is limited.
Classes are held at Mecsey Bishop American Legion Post 456 in Stewartsville, and at SoldierFit, Easton PA (check website for details on that location).
