Local Café Launching Asbury Arts & Music Festival

Asbury Coffee Mill, a family owned café in the Asbury village section of Franklin Township, Warren County, is organizing the inaugural Asbury Arts & Music Festival to take place August 18, 2018. Vendors and sponsors are being sought for the event.

The Festival will be held at the Franklin Township Fields behind the Asbury Fire House, 410 Old Main Street, Asbury, NJ.  The one-day event will run from 3-8 p.m.

Organizers have booked five bands for the main stage - Dirty Rice, The Bluz Hounds, Jewels Among Thieves, Mike June and the Dirty Doves, and Rick Smith and the Rebels - while Brittnay Ramaglia, Evan Miklosey, Bill Ihling, and Sydney Atkinson will perform acoustic sets.

"The Asbury Arts & Music Festival will draw people from nearby Warren and Hunterdon County communities. This is a one-day event that will be held from 3pm to 8pm.

According to Asbury Coffee Mill's Gary Corde, there will be 10' x 10' spaces for up to 20 arts and craft vendors, and up to five food trucks. Organizers also plan to sell beer on-site.
