Chef/owner Bruno Pascale opened Marley’s as a labor of love, and that love is earning across-the-board bravos. Chef Bruno graduated top of his class from the Culinary Art Institute, and the New York Institute of Dietetics, won the “Salute to Excellence” from the NRA and “Best of the Chefs” Award. He is here to bring his knowledge and expertise to the Hackettstown area by introducing culinary excellence coupled with small town charm and reasonable prices that is sure to please all.
