Thank goodness for beautiful sunsets, even though they are occurring earlier each day as summer starts to fade away. But this sunset photo courtesy of Race Farm reminds us that there are still plenty of veggies and farmer markets open to keep those warm summer vibes going a bit longer.

The Warren County Antiques Show - featuring hundreds of vendors, as well as repair artisans available to fix your priceless items - will set up shop at the fairgrounds this Saturday. Enjoy another weekend of Barefoot Grape Stomping at Four Sisters Winery, as well as music from Rich Berry and Joe Izen. Villa Milagro’s Concert Under the Stars is back featuring classic rock music from Full Grown Men.

Warren County's bicentennial is approaching in 2025, and the first of many commemorative events to get the party started is listed in Plan Ahead. Gather up your chairs and blankets for a free concert in Garret D. Wall Park featuring Drew Nugent and The Midnight Society, a “hot jazz” combo performing on September 1. In fact, there are quite a few events on tap in the beautiful county seat of Belvidere, so keep an eye out! And, if you haven't yet headed to Shippen Manor for one of its Summer Lawn Concerts, time's a-wastin'! There are only three more performances before the series concludes on September 4. The Ramsaysburg Summer Concert Series is also winding down, with Alex Radus playing this Sunday, and one more artist coming in October.

Roaring Twenties Concert Kicks off Warren County Bicentennial Planning

Warren County will look forward to its bicentennial just a few years away with a look back to the County’s centennial era in the Roaring Twenties with a free, outdoor concert in the town square in front of the Courthouse, featuring  Drew Nugent and The Midnight Society, a “hot jazz” combo based in Philadelphia, PA.
The five-piece combo, featuring Skip Rohrich on drums, Gary Cattley on tuba, Brennen Ernst on guitar, and Joe McDonough on trombone, is led by Drew Nugent on cornet, vocals, teapot and melodica. The group is no stranger to Warren County, having played several times as part of the Shippen Manor Summer Lawn Concerts series.
Attendees are advised to bring lawn chairs or blankets to spread out on the grass and enjoy the concert in the park, which was created in 1825 when Belvidere became the county seat. Local historical societies in Warren County have been invited to attend the concert and bring tabletop displays about their areas, and the United Presbyterian Church on the square will provide shelter if it rains, as well as offering refreshments.

Roaring Twenties Concert Kicks off Warren County Bicentennial Planning

Warren County will look forward to its bicentennial just a few years away with a look back to the County’s centennial era in the Roaring Twenties with a free, outdoor concert in the town square in front of the Courthouse, featuring  Drew Nugent and The Midnight Society, a “hot jazz” combo based in Philadelphia, PA.

The five-piece combo, featuring Skip Rohrich on drums, Gary Cattley on tuba, Brennen Ernst on guitar, and Joe McDonough on trombone, is led by Drew Nugent on cornet, vocals, teapot and melodica. The group is no stranger to Warren County, having played several times as part of the Shippen Manor Summer Lawn Concerts series.

Attendees are advised to bring lawn chairs or blankets to spread out on the grass and enjoy the concert in the park, which was created in 1825 when Belvidere became the county seat. Historical information exhibits and kids activities will be available, and the United Presbyterian Church on the square will provide rest rooms, a rain location for the concert, and offer refreshments for sale.

Labor Day Weekend at Alba Vineyard

34th Annual Belvidere Heritage Day

Celebrate Belvidere's Heritage and History! This annual event, previously called Victorian Days, will be a one-day affair this year. Phillipsburg NJ Railroad Festival

"Celebrating 170 Years of Railroad" The first railroad to arrive in Phillipsburg was the Central Railroad of New Jersey (CNJ) which opened on July 2, 1852. Enjoy food, vendors and music. There will be three areas to explore including Shappell Park, Phillipsburg Union Station and Delaware River Railroad Excursions in this first-ever festival. The Phillipsburg Railroad Historians will have an open house in conjunction with the Railroad Fest from 10am- 4pm. The museum and carshop will be open for inspection and the Centerville and Southwestern miniature railroad will be in operation.

2nd Annual Grains & Gears Ride

Postponed due to rain, the ride is happening this Sunday. Experience great craft beers and bike the beautiful countryside of Warren County while supporting a good organization. Ride from Buttzville Brewing Company in Washington Borough to Invertase Brewing Company in Phillipsburg and have a pint, then ride back and have another pint. Or start at Invertase and ride to Buttzville Brewing!
