Technically speaking, this is the last weekend of autumn... but it feels like winter, and signs of the coming holidays are all around us! You can continue to get into the holiday spirit with two different productions of A Christmas Carol, that perennial favorite The Nutcracker, or perhaps a visit to the Christmas in the Country Trail in the Belvidere area. 32nd Annual New Year's Day Hike on the PVT

The Paulinskill Valley Trail Committee, a Friends Organization of Kittatinny Valley State Park, will host a 4-5 mile hike along the Paulinskill Valley Trail on Labor Day.  The trail is cinder-based which provides easy, level walking.  Meeting at Footbridge Park in Blairstown. Bring lunch and a drink.
