Warren County Wanderings

Starting July 7, 2021

“Sunsets are proof that endings can often be beautiful.”- Beau Taplin, international author, songwriter and social media sensation

This beautiful sunset photo taken by Allamuchy Open Space chairman Charlie Fineran has a way of making negativity disappear, to be truly thankful for another day and know that stormy weather doesn’t last forever!

We are grateful for our Wanderers and for all the events filling up the calendar! The local music scene is thriving, and you may want to embark on a treasure hunt at the Community and School Rummage sale located at Mountain Villa School and sponsored by Rutherfurd Hall. Advance ticket sales are going on now through July 15 for Warren County Farmers’ Fair events - Rafter Z Rodeo and two Demolition Derbies.

Recent weather has been conducive to yielding Jersey Fresh produce, so this is a great time to visit your favorite farm stand, and Farmers Markets are in full swing in Blairstown, Washington Borough and White Township. To find out what's in season, click here.

Happy July, and Happy Wanderings!
