All are welcome to join Arctic Foods in their sourdough journey with an immersive beginner’s guide with Meghann from Fiddler’s Farm! This workshop is designed for those who have little to no experience with sourdough. Participants will receive a wealth of information regarding sourdough, including origins and history, starter and fermentation, and finally, BAKING!
Each participant will spend the workshop making their very own dough to take home and bake, and will also receive dehydrated sourdough starter, along with a recipe to continue the sourdough journey at home. Everyone will receives a mini sourdough loaf to take home.
Provided will be a snack spread of fruits, sourdough bread, butter, and jam with water & coffee. BYO beverages as well.
