Brook Hollow invites you to a hands-on, delicious experience as Scotty teaches the art of fresh mozzarella making—from curd to stretch! This interactive class is perfect for food lovers looking to learn, taste, and take something amazing home.
There are two seatings at 2PM & 3:30 PM. Each is limited to 20 guests per seating.
$35 per person includes instruction and education on mozzarella production, all materials needed to make fresh mozzarella and a fresh mozzarella to take home.
