
Summer is upon us and with those warm and extended evening hours comes another season of family fun and classic cars. So pull that cover off the car, start that engine and get out to a car show near you!
Tuesday Cruise Nights at Joe’s Steak Shop in Phillipsburg is open for its 21st season. Family owned and operated since 1938, experience live music and classic cars every Tuesday, starting May 5 through September 22 from 4-9pm. You can still get to Joe's even with the South Main Street bridge closure, so bring a friend, a chair, grab dinner and enjoy the festivities.
Blood Moon Performance Cruise Night, located at Zeek’s Place in Belvidere, starts June 5 from 6-9pm. All makes and models of cars, trucks and motorcycles are welcome, both foreign and domestic.
Grab some tasty food while chatting with the car owners. Cruise Night at Zeek’s take place July 3 and August 7.
May 16 features the Red, White and Blue Spring Social and Car Show hosted by the Ronald Wildrick Jr VFW post 12246 at the Lions Club Pavilion in Knowlton. Live music by Buffalo Soul, on-site food trucks, ice cream and tasty drinks. Activities include Touch a Truck, 50/50 raffle and cornhole tournament. $20 to enter your car and a chance to win a prize.
The town of Knowlton celebrates its annual Car Show and Community Day June 20 at the Knowlton United Methodist Church. Highlights include car show, food, live music, games for the kids and a community yard sale.
Hackettstown celebrates Memorial Motor Madness and the 30th Annual Car Show May 24 from 9am-3pm. Presented by Mars Snacking, the day of events includes crafters, vendors, raffles, music by S.C.3 Entertainment, food and cars!
