Join comedians Johnny Lampert and Sherry Davey, two of the countries premier comedians for a night of laughter at Blair Academy’s Armstrong Hipkins Center in Blairstown.
The event benefits Ridge and Valley Conservancy’s conservation efforts. Johnny Lampert is considered one of the premier comedians in the country. He is a regular at New York City’s and Los Angeles’ best comedy clubs including Carolines on Broadway, The Comic Strip and The Improv and has also made numerous television appearances on MTV, A&E, NBC, HBO “Comedy Showcase” a multitude of shows on Comedy Central and most recently on AXS TV’s Gotham Comedy Live!
Sherry Davey is the product of a mixed marriage. Her mother is English and her father is not (he’s Hungarian). For years, her family went back and forth between England, Austria and the United States, but her parents made sure she saw American dentists regularly. Living on both sides of the Atlantic and never quite fitting in anywhere helped her develop an acid-tongued, quick-witted approach to life. Sherry was recently named one of the “Top 10 comedians in NYC” by Improper Magazine and has been honored as one of the Hollywood Reporter’s “Magnificent Seven.”
