Learn how to grow the flavors of East Asia with Patrick McDuffee of Well-Sweep Herb Farm as he explores herbs from India, China, Thailand, Vietnam, Japan, the Philippines and Indonesia.
These can be grown as perennials, tropicals and annuals and even in containers. Adapt these plants under your conditions, preventing or treating pests, as well as a few culinary tips will be explored to enhance your cuisine and expand your palate.
