Get to know your herbs and the benefits they provide at the 32nd Midsummer Herb Festival. This year celebrates Parsley, Petroselinum crispum, the 2021 International Herb Association's Herb of the Year! Not just for decorating your plate - did you know that parsley is rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants; used as an ingredient in food; is used medicinally; and is a host plant for the NJ state butterfly - the Black Swallowtail!
Enjoy your day strolling through our gardens in full bloom, including our collection of 73 lavenders! Free admission, lectures and tours, plants, vendors and food!
