At Brook Hollow Winery in Knowlton, enjoy their signature dry table wines. They will be serving their Triple Chocolate Chambourcin cake and White Riesling cake and providing the recipe for each.
Four Sisters Winery near Belvidere in White Township will offer dessert samples with wine. Pick up some of their special fruit wines for holiday entertaining. Robin’s Raspberry, Sadie’s Apple and Spicy Sisters are all holiday hits.
At Villa Milagro Vineyard in Pohatcong, enjoy samples of light, fluffy and delicious periogis and their just-released holiday wines. Admission is $10 which includes wine tasting, periogies and a wine glass. Renata, owner of Kraskus Polish Deli in Phillipsburg, will be back by popular demand with her pillow-light & fluffy pierogis and polish sausages for you to sample and enjoy. She will offer small plates to enjoy on premises as well as items for you to purchase for home.
Once per year Villa Milagro sells Gracias, which is a refreshing and balanced white wine for Thanksgiving. Also a spiced Christmas wine, Feliz Navidad, which is seasoned with some of the spices carried by the Three Kings.
