A parade hosted by the Bernardine May American Legion Post #457 to honor our fallen Veterans (local and national) and local First Responders. Parade route lines up at Abbott Street, to Shappell park and then down South Main Street to the Free Bridge where both mayors will toss the memorial wreath into the Delaware River. All participants are then invited to attend festivities at the American Legion afterwards with food and drinks.
The Legion is seeking organizations, and veterans, who wish to honor our fallen and participate in the parade. If interested, contact Commander Strauss at 610-730-6664.
