Italian chef and musician, Lou Pompilio, joins Audrey in the kitchen. Lou formerly hosted his own podcast show, "My singing kitchen" and will entertain as well as cook with us this evening. Sticking with his "recipes of the night" theme, we will prepare Puttanesca - which translates "whore."
We will explain all about the legends of this dish.
