This Warren County Arts group meeting will feature Elaine Kurie, professional artist, demonstrating her Contemporary Realism style of painting. Elaine recently received First Place in the Portrait Society of America’s Members 2016 Competition for an oil portrait which was published in the March 2017 issue of International Artist Magazine along with other top winners. She was awarded The Butler Institute of Art Award recently and has received several Grumbacher Gold Medals. Elaine is also a member of the International Guild of Realism and the Portrait Society of America.
Refreshments will be served. The public is welcome and encouraged to bring paper, a sketchpad, or materials of choice with which to draw/sketch. There will be a $3 fee for non-members wishing to participate.
