Have you have ever wanted to try your hand at making wine but were too intimidated by the entire process? Sign up for this four-part series, taught by Paul Ritter, owner/vintner of Brook Hollow Winery and Event Facility.
You will receive your own winemaking kit, choice juice to make 30 bottles of wine, 30 unlabeled bottles and 30 Brook Hollow corks.
*Every class, each guest will receive 5% discount on bottles of wine only, can be combined with current half case (10%) and case (20%) discounts
May 19
1 p.m. - Receive your winemaking kits and juice. Introduction on wine making, sanitization, and fermentation (approximately 3 hour class)
June 9
1pm - Education on racking and clarifying. Complimentary Wine Tasting ($15 value) provided at event end (approximate 1 hour class)
June 16
1pm - Education on racking and stabilizing wine, preparing wine for bottling. Complimentary Glass of Wine ($7-$15 value, pending glass choice) provided at event end. Choose your custom label design from the 3 available options we have created. (approximate 1 hour class)
July 7
1pm - Receive your 30 unlabeled bottles and your 30 Complimentary Custom Labels ($60 value) Education on bottling process and group bottling session. We ask everyone donates a bottle of their wine to enjoy in a group tasting along with the Complimentary Lite Fare Buffet we will provide. (approximate 3 hour class)
Brook Hollow Winery
Overlooking the Delaware Water Gap, this winery and event facility in Knowlton Township offers wine tastings, live music and other special events, a venue for weddings and parties, and wine slushies! Open 7 days a week and live music throughout the year and every weekend during the summer.
