Annual “Farm-to-Fork” Fundraiser Pairs Local Foods with Wine!
The Foodshed Alliance will host its annual gourmet Farm-to-Fork dinner and wine tasting at Alba Vineyard on Sunday, August 28 at 4:00 pm. A cocktail hour and SEVEN-course wine-pairing dinner will be presented by NINE of Northern New Jersey’s most reputable chefs, featuring locally produced food from farms throughout northern New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. Each course will be paired with one of Alba’s nationally award winning wines beginning with gourmet passed hors d’oeuvres, a VIP vineyard tour, and conclude with elegant dining overlooking the beautiful vineyard.
