With the 82nd Annual Farmers' Fair just around the corner, it's time to make your plans to be a part of it! There are plenty of contests and competitions you can enter to be in on the fun, everything from Main Arena events like the two Demolition Derbies to contests in baking, canning, arts & crafts, photography and more. Think you've grown the best vegetables? Do you have the cutest baby? You've raised the best steer? Are you a master griller whose ribs are the talk of the neighborhood? Put it to the test! The annual county get-together features 4-H, FFA and other agriculture contests and exhibits, a popular Hot Air Balloon Festival, Traditional Arts Expo, midway and Main Arena power events.

The big event of the year is in full swing! Four days in and there are four more days to go, jam-packed with fun for the whole family! Ride the rides, see the farm animals, check out the power events like today's tractor pull, tomorrow's truck pull, Friday's Demolition Derby and Saturday's famous Mud Bog, visit the vendors, take in the free musical performances, see the displays and sample all the tasty food.
