Family-owned and operated, Invertase Brewing Company was launched in October 2019 with four taps but has expanded rapidly since then, increasing its offerings, building the largest beer garden in the state (including a bandstand) and adding a private event space. Come for live music, or book your private special events and parties, small or large. The core team at Invertase is a family of scientists: Karen is a microbiologist; Steve is a biochemist, and son Stephen, the brewmaster, holds a degree in mechanical engineering.Our family knows that there is nothing better than great craft beer. Scientifically crafted with pride and excellence, Invertase Brewing Company is focused on providing high quality beer for everyone to enjoy. Come for live music, the Friday Night Acoustic Music Series, every Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. In addition, Invertase can also host private special events/parties, small or large.
